With temps low at night.And signs of snow on the ground the lakes are sure to freeze.Ice fishing will begin. Can’t wait. I won’t. See my friend’s from GR till they come fishing.
One less deer out there
Bucks galore!!!

The Rut is on…
Saw two nice Bucks on doe’s. Tails were flying.
Fall fishing
Walleye are moving into shallow water at night .Casting Rapalas at dusk from shore are bringing nice catches. Steelhead and Browns. Are also feeding in the shallow water on salmon roe.
Bow Season
Been a good start. Seeing lots of deer. Windy conditions are not always best to hunt. Deer aren’t as active till weather calms down. But the rut is just around the corner.
